The withdrawal limits vary depending on which method you use for withdrawal. The smallest withdrawal you can make is 15 EUR, and the maximum is 100000 EUR.

When you’ve withdrawn, we will review your withdrawal request as soon as possible. All withdrawals are handled with high priority within an hour or a day. Sometimes, when we have a lot of requests to review, it can take up to 24 hours.

If your withdrawal hasn’t been processed within 24 hours check whether there is a pending KYC request on your account.

Documents for identity verification

• Accepted documents - A picture of your passport, ID card or driver’s licence.
• Document requirements - The document must be valid (not expired) and display the expiration date.

Documents for verifying your proof of address

• Accepted documents - PDF or photo of a utility bill, bank or credit card statement or similar official letters.
• Document requirements - The document can’t be over 3 months old and must contain your full name, address, date of issue, and a logo or clear representation of the sender. The entire document must be visible (all four corners).

Documents for verifying your payment methods (depending on the method(s) used)

• Accepted documents for credit/debit cards - A picture of your credit card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, your name and expiration date.
• Document requirements - Details between the first 6 and last 4 digits can be covered. If you have a physical card, the card must be signed. Please remember that cards are designed differently and that you might need to take a picture of both sides of the card to fulfil the requirements.
• Accepted documents for banking - A picture of your physical bank statement or a PDF of your online bank statement.
• Document requirements - The information on the statement must contain your name, date of issue, account info, bank logo, and at least one transaction. Online screenshots are accepted if they show all the necessary information in one picture and the Page URL.
• Accepted documents for e-wallets - A screenshot of your e-wallet account with registered details such as name, email and/or phone number. If applicable, your address, date of birth and User/Account ID.
• Document requirements - The screenshot must contain the page URL.
