Depending on what details you want to change, there are different ways of changing your details.
When you contact our support, inform us about which information you need to be
changed, the new details, and the reason behind changing your details. Please ensure
that you provide documents supporting the change of details (for a change of name,
we would require an ID showing your name, for example).
The currency of your account is determined based on your country of residence and can, unfortunately, not be changed.
No representative of Big Boost will ever ask for your personal account password or similar details. Do not share this information with anyone.

Deletion of data is not possible. Due to Anti Money Laundering and Anti Terrorism laws, we are obliged to store your data for five years. However, you can close your account permanently and ask our team to remove your data - reopening your account will not be possible.

Your case will be thoroughly investigated and reviewed by the senior staff within the
Customer Service Team until the final resolution is reached. It might require further
escalation to the Management Team, and you will be informed about this via email.
2. How long will it take to resolve my case?
You will receive an official acknowledgment email of your dispute case within 12
hours, and the final resolution will be provided within 14 days of the
acknowledgment of your case.
3. What if I’m not pleased with the resolution of my case
Players that are not happy with the resolution of their complaint are initially directed to
our Customer Service Team has the right to dispute the case by sending an e-mail to:

4. What if I’m not satisfied with the final resolutions?
In case you received the final resolution of your case, and you are still not happy with
the outcome, you can direct your dispute to the regulator.
