Depositing money on Big Boost is super easy. We accept all popular deposit methods such as Visa, MasterCard, eWallets, Crypto and many more. 

Depositing money to your account

1. Click on the wallet symbol (in the top right-hand corner for desktop or the bottom of the screen for mobile).
2. Choose your preferred payment option and follow the instructions on the screen.

If you’re experiencing problems with your deposit, click the Contact Us button below or directly from the cashier. We’ll make sure to do our best to solve any deposit problem.

The minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on your chosen method. The minimum deposit on Big Boost is $20, and each deposit method has a maximum per transaction. Still, you can make as many deposits as you like.

If you are experiencing issues with entering your 3D Secure code, there might be a pop-up blocker blocking the window for the 3D Secure code. 

Troubleshooting issues with the 3D Secure window

• You should enable pop-ups from our website or, in general, to avoid issues with pop-up blockers; this is done from the settings in your browser or from the address bar where you see a “pop-up blocked” icon.
• If you are using an ad blocker, please make sure the ad blocker isn’t blocking any pop-ups related to the 3D Secure window.

If your deposit fails, it might be due to various reasons. Please check if any of the below might have happened and try to deposit again.

• Slow internet connection - If your internet connection is slow or if your internet connection has some disruption, it may lead to longer load times for the cashier or even connection timeout issues with the payment provider.

        Please try again once your internet is stable again.

• You’re stuck on one screen, and nothing happens - If you’re not being redirected to a new page or getting stuck in one place after clicking continue (or similar), you might have a pop-up blocker enabled. Turn off any pop-up blocker that could be active. You can read more about the pop-up blocker under Deposits category and then click on “I could not enter my 3D secure code; please help me.”

To explain this better, imagine three systems relaying messages between each other; your “bank”, the payment service provider and Big Boost. In normal circumstances, these three systems know what to do and what to expect from each other; this is when your payment is accepted and validated from all ends.

But sometimes, one of the systems can have an unexpected error. The bank still believes everything is fine and reserves the right to deduct your money by removing the balance from your account (so you don’t think you have more in your account to risk overcharging it).

To ensure your bank balances are current and correct, the bank also runs adjustment jobs to ensure you have received your deposit for the deducted amounts. These jobs don’t only happen when you make the deposit but also periodically. But when unexpected errors occur, the bank will take a little longer to validate and adjust your balance.

• Wait 5-7 banking days for your bank to adjust your deposit before contacting us. Before this period, it will be hard to investigate further since the adjustment jobs haven’t been performed.
• Please contact us if the funds haven’t been returned to your bank account within 5-7 banking days.
• Make sure to provide us with a bank statement showing your name, the bank's logo, and the transactions from the date the transaction was deducted to the current date so that this can be investigated for you.

Finding your deposit history

1. Click on the More menu at the bottom right and then on My account. On the desktop, you’ll find the menu at the top right of the screen.
2. Click on Transactions.
3. Click on the Payments tab and start browsing.
