The min. withdrawal amount is at 1340INR for our Cryptocurrency. All other methods have a min of 1600INR. The max. depends on the chosen method and their limits, however, you are able to request as many withdrawals as you would like within the Limits of the chosen method.
To withdraw, all you need to do is click on the wallet symbol (in the top right corner for desktop or the bottom of the screen for mobile). On the right, you will be able to see all withdrawal methods available to you. This might vary depending on country - all popular payment methods are available to you!
We aim to process your withdrawal within 24 hours.
Once we have accepted your withdrawal request, you will receive an email that your withdrawal is on its way. Once you have received this email or see that the status of your withdrawal has changed from requested to accepted, depending on the chosen withdrawal method, you can expect your withdrawal instantly or within 3-5 banking days.
Kindly be aware that withdrawals, once accepted it take 1-5 banking days to be deposited in your account, depending on your chosen withdrawal method.

Not to worry, no funds are lost! Please send an email to support@bigboost.com with a bank statement showing your name, account details as well as all transactions from the requested day until the current date. This is needed for our team to start the investigation.
You can cancel your withdrawal through your cashier. When opening the cashier, you will see "Pending Transactions" from where you will be able to cancel your withdrawal.
To withdraw, click on your wallet symbol and choose the method you would like to withdraw to. Some methods will only be available after a deposit was made with that method. After choosing the method, the next steps will be shown on screen. Only real money funds can be withdrawn. If you followed all the steps and are still unable to withdraw, please contact Support.
The most common reason that your withdrawal might have been cancelled is pending verification. More Info about verification of your account can be found under "Account verification". An Email will be sent to you with the reason. Please check your spam folder to make sure the email did not end up there.
