The withdrawal limits vary depending on which method you use for withdrawal. The smallest withdrawal you can make is $20, and the maximum is $70000.

Please note that the maximum withdrawal limits for a method only are per transaction and that you can make several withdrawals.

Withdraw quickly and easily at Big Boost.

1. To withdraw, you only need to click on the wallet symbol (in the top right corner for desktop or the bottom of the screen for mobile).
2. Click on Withdraw to see all popular withdrawal methods available to you.
3. Choose a withdrawal method and follow the instructions on the screen.

When you’ve withdrawn, we will review your withdrawal request as soon as possible. All withdrawals are handled with high priority within an hour or a day. Sometimes, when we have a lot of requests to review, it can take up to 24 hours.

If your withdrawal hasn’t been processed within 24 hours check whether there is a pending KYC request on your account.

You can check the verification status after you log in to your account on Big Boost and head to My Account section. 

If there are no pending requests please contact us to check the status of your withdrawal.

Once your withdrawal is approved, we will process the payment to your account. From this moment, the time it takes for the money to reach your account can be instantly or up to 3-5 banking days, depending on your withdrawal method or bank.

If you haven’t cancelled your withdrawal or aren’t waiting for the withdrawal to be processed, please know that different withdrawal methods can have varied payout times.

Once we have processed your withdrawal, the time it takes for the money to reach your account can be a few minutes or hours or up to 3-5 banking days, depending on your withdrawal method or bank.

Do not worry. Your funds are not lost, and we will help you get your money.

How to get help with your withdrawal

• After 5 banking days, please email support@bigboost.com. 
• Ensure to provide us with a bank statement showing your name, the bank's logo, and the transactions from the date the transaction was requested to the current date so we can start the investigation and help you.

You can cancel any withdrawals that haven’t been processed. There are two ways to cancel your withdrawal.

2. Click on the cross to cancel your pending withdrawal.

2. Click on Transactions.
3. Click on the Payments tab and start browsing the date for your withdrawal.
4. Click on the cross to cancel your pending withdrawal.

It’s not usual that we cancel withdrawals. But if this is the case, it might be time to verify your account.
